Keep in mind that even though you be amazing and know how to use any of the programs we have listed, if you are unable to manage your own time, and schedule deadlines with group members, you will never be able to get your task done. As a result, we want to leave you with some tips and other tools that can help you!
Free tools for personal time management:
1) Wunderlist can sync your lists between your devices (tablets, smartphones, computers, etc.)
2) Remember the Milk is a task management program which sends you reminders, and is compatible with other programs
3) Evernote allows the user to capture snapshots of the task at hand, or even ideas one has while on the web.
4) Todoist comes with a built-in calendar is fairly simple to use.
Free tools that can help you coordinate a schedule with group members
1) Outlook Calendar and/or iCal: Most of these come with most computers
2) Google Calendar: if you already own a Google account, feel free to use their calendar. It can sync to iCal, Outlook, or even your smartphone devices!
